For my marketing internship in Netmarble Games based in Seoul, South Korea, I had the opportunity to conduct Service Quality Checks on their Western games. To gain perspective from the Western market, me and 10+ interns were split into groups to present to employees and directors of the game on our user experience. We also presented on the problems we encountered with user experience and how to solve these solutions to enhance user retention rate or user experience.
