Cast Shadows
Critique
1.Strength: The repetition of the shadows creates visual interest. 
2.Problem: The street light creates a different shape that is distracting. Solution: Movie to the right to try and cut the lamp out of the picture. 
3.Problem: The trees are cut off on the top and the side. Solution: Try and find a hight spot to take the same photo from. 
4.Problem:The second tree from the left creates a strange shape with its shadow. Solution: Play around with shifting to another angle.  
5.Strength: There are many intercepting lines that lead the eye all over the photo. 

Little to no Shadow
Critique
1.Strength: The subject is in focus.
2.Problem: The contrast is a bit low. Solution: Up the contrast or make the image a bit darker of an exposure. 
3.Problem: The path wall goes straight through her head. Solution: Shift so that the path is not in the photo or does not go through the subject's head. 
4.Problem: The depth of field could be a more shallow. Solution: Shoot with a smaller aperture (number) 
5.Strength: The overall exposure is consistent. 

Soft Shadow
Critique
1.Strength: The angle of the subject creates visual interest. 
2.Problem: The highlights are blown out. Solution: Have a faster shutter speed. 
3.Problem:The contrast is low. Solution: Have a higher contrast. 
4.Problem: The posts are a bit distracting. Solution: This might be solved when the exposure is solved if not then move around a bit. 
5.Strength: The subject fills the frame. 
Background Light
Critique
1.Strength: The subject is on a third. 
2.Problem:The horizon cuts the photo in the middle. Solution: Move the camera up to create more sky space.  
3.Problem: The women's leg is not seen clearly. Solution: Move around and try to get a clearer shape. 
4.Problem: The people in the back are a bit distracting. Solution: Wait for the distracting people to move. 
5.Strength: The darks are dark. 
Strong Shadow
Critique
1.Strength: The difference between the texture of the water and then the texture of the post is nice. 
2.Problem: The sky seems to be a bit blown out. Solution: Either have a faster shutter speed or higher aperture. 
3.Problem: The peer in the distance is distracting. Solution: Move around so to eliminate the peer. 
4.Problem: There is not a clear subject. Solution: Make a clear subject. 
5.Strength: The post create a frame in which to look through.
