Superman: Red Son
As suggested by a fellow designer here on Behance, I went on to create a new improved version of Henry Cavill as Red Son (now my old one looks like shit, but WTH...). For those of you who don't know, it's based on an amazing “what if” story, written by Mark Millar and drawn by Dave Johnson, Kilian Plunkett, Andrew Robinson and Walden Wong.
I have taken the pose from a new upcoming Sideshow Premium statue as a reference along with various other material from the web, and some personal details, I thought would make sense in a live action Red Son concept.
