While in Industrial Design school, I was hired by Jon Wong at Strategic Design, Seal Beach California, to assist in blue sky footwear concepts for Nike. This project opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of where innovation can take footwear. After this project with Nike, I pursued footwear as a career, and very satisfied I did - the people I met and worked with along the way has been forever valuable.
I am grateful for my experience in the Action Sport Industry as a footwear designer working with and collaborating with some of the Skateboarder industries finest: Kareem Campbell, Rodney Mullen, Guy Mariano, Gino Ianucci, Natas Kapaus, Mark Oblow, Vince Kraus, Daewong Song, Eric Koston, and many many more.
