Dynamic Leads for Def Jam Rapstar Mock Site
Before the DefJam Rapstar game launch, a mock site was created to reveal the full game experience. The actual site is to launch in October 2010, and as a placeholder, the mock site exposes the harbinger of game play: online interactivity. Rather than limited to a console, users can interact and play with anyone online. The dynamic leads created for the mock site are placeholders for online battles: users can upload videos of themselves rapping, and challenge others to a battle. The community views each video and votes for a winner. The online game expands street rap battles to a global community.
