During my second year in the University of Puerto Rico I joined the school's student association for the arts. At the time we were roughly 10 members in the association and we needed a way to establish ourselves as a serious and professional association in our campus, with that idea we created VIVARTE.

We wanted to make an event that encompassed the visual arts and music. We invited local artists, musicians and friends to come perform and create.

In total we had participation of 30 different local artists and musicians. Over 150 people came to have a good time with us and enjoy the art that night!
