SoNi Bad Girls is a new side-project of mine I'm doing with another artist and fairly-known Sonic stop motion animator Steven Clayton. The idea came up to explore the unsung designs of the badniks. I really liked their simple, cartoony charm, and I pondered on adapting that simplicity into female-exclusive costume and character design. This caught the eye of Steven, and he wanted to help me take it step further into making characters with traits and personalities. He's helping along with the great character cards linked above. And after making like 10 of them, we decided to start releasing them one by one to the public in waves.
