This project was designed according to a university briefing, in which we had to redo a book of personal choice.
The overall process included: printing the book, sewing the pages, and creating the cover lettering.
The book I chose during this execution, was the iconic "A Clockwork Orange" by Anthony Burgess.
I chose cork as the material used on the cover, with the purpose of engraving the lettering in it through laser. In order to achieve the shades of black and orange, both used in the posters of the film.
