In recent years, famous master architects are invited to create new works in various places. Among several master architects in the modern age, the Pritzker winner－Richard Rogers－is the only wise architect with reputation for half a century.
He leads Rogers StirkHarbour + Partners (RSHP) Architect Office at London, Britain. It was set up in 1971 and had branches in New York, Parris, Sydney, Berlin, Oslo, Gifu in Japan, and Kaohsiung in Taiwan. They have created about 150 masterpieces in the world in the past 40 years. Their reputation and achievements are invincible in the world and create a paragon and legend in the history of architecture.
Hsin-Han Development sets up a new age for the real estate in Taiwan. On the land about 9900 square meters with green land, landscape, culture, commercial district, traffic…, on the land rarely seen in the past 100 years, we cooperates with Richard Rogers’s RSHP Architect Office in designing “Hsin－Han Shilin Project.”
We employ him to supervise the whole construction process and integrate Taiwanese elites of building design, construction, structural technique, material technology, safety wisdom, and property management. We learn the wisdom and practical experiences from the master with determination.
