2017年2月6日，台灣正式全面執行動物零安樂死修正案，禁止對流浪動物實施安樂死。但是，這項政策只是製造了一種看似人道的假象，表面上這些流浪狗得到了照顧，卻又同時迫使它們在更惡劣的條件下生存，對減少流浪狗的數量沒有任何幫助。
我決定用資訊圖表的方式將這個政策背後的真實面呈現出來，並根據不同類型的流浪狗提出了相應的建議，想要反思通過一個政策卻沒有其他行動支持的後果。
On Feb. 6th 2017, The Zero Euthanasia Amendment goes into effect banning the euthanasia of stray animals in Taiwan. But the policy only creates the illusion that shelter dogs are cared for while condemning them to poor living conditions and doing nothing to reduce the number of stray dogs.
I mapped out the reality behind this policy and suggested how we should solve the problem according to the different type of stray dogs, wanting to educate public the fact of this issue as well as reflecting on the consequences of passing a policy without other supporting actions.
