Loyalty App Concept — Casual Dining Experience
A team consisting of a scrum master, project manager, designers, developers and user research/strategists, got together to create a loyalty app for a casual dining restaurant. The team collaborated throughout an 8-week timeframe in a lean agile work environment, by working through design sprints, quick prototyping, and user testing for various functionalities for over 200 screens.
The main concept of the mock loyalty app was to allow customers to gain rewards for restaurant items, such as free appetizers and entrees, in a group format. So the more people in your group, the more the points, and the better the rewards.
