Ground floor has to fulfil its social function: a large living room with Eastern and Southern outside glazing, allowing the tenants to be present in all major phases of the day.

Spacious living room consists of four main, flowing into one another zones: kitchen, dining room, and fireplace room and leisure areas. All rooms have exit to the terrace that emphasizes closeness for nature. The second floor consists of bedrooms. The bedroom is dressing, bathroom and three children.

The building was made of natural slate, rolling on the facade, brick, wood, aluminum and glass.
