DURF! Magazine is an online magazine that appears 4 times a year. Durf! means 'dare to' in English. Each issue has its own theme like VERBEELDING (IMAGINATION), ESSENTIE (ESSENCE), MACHT (POWER), AANDACHT (ATTENTION) or AUTHENTICITEIT (AUTHENTICITY). The cover of the magazine is always a simple animated gif based on that theme and each article has a big opening image depicting the gist of the article. It is my job to create those images and do the complete layout of the magazine.
