A Pro-bono project with photography provided by Raina + Wilson JCKSN created the children’s toys for the provocative War Child campaign entitled ‘JAM’. The we worked alongside John St to bring attention to protecting the childhood of those children surrounded by war. “If childhood is taken away and replaced with the brutality of war, the chances of a society becoming trapped in a cycle of violence and poverty are greatly increased. We believe that childhood is one of the most precious of resources, and we have a responsibility to protect it, rescue it, and restore it.” - War Child’s COO, Dr. Lorna Read Less

The print part of the War Child Canada "Childhood Matters" campaign.

A creative collaboration between photographers Raina + Wilson, ad agency John St, and CGI artist JCKSN. JCKSN was responsible for the creation of the toys digitally in 3D.

The toys had to work seamlessly with the photographed weapons and look as real as possible so they look like they really are stopping the weapons from functioning.
