Food photography for a book on Lithuanian-British relationship in gastronomy, surveyed and written by food historians prof. Rimvydas Laužikas and Antanas Astrauskas. This gorgeous historic book traces the origins and travels of more that 25 dishes that were influenced by Lithuanians and Brits and found their place in both countries' kitchens, recipe books and daily life.
The book is published by Lietuvos kultūros institutas / Lithuanian Culture Institute due to the reason that this year Lithuania was attending The London Book Fair 2018 in United Kingdom as the guest of honor, presenting translations of work by 26 Lithuanian authors published in 15 publishing houses of Germany and Austria.
It is not another ordinary recipe book. It is our history and cultural heritage.
