SURFACE TEXTILE MANIPULATION
in this project i was doing surface textile manipulation based on marmer image. these pictures below are using screen printing method with foiling and flocking. sometimes i repeated and overlayed them so i can make the dimention.
these ones i used marbling techniques on organza fabric. the weakness of this method, you have to make sure the comparison between PVC tint and solvent, the solvent is like to the stabilizer for PVC, and you also need the big container. i tried with A5 size and it's perfectly stick on the fabric. the problem is when you have to tried with bigger size like 2 meters fabric. and don't forget to iron them to make sure the marbling is perfectly stick on the fabric
in these pictures below i used pylox to make different effect. first i filled the container with water and mixed them with baby oil and then i sprayed pylox and the effect like this will be created. i tried with different colors like white or silver but none of them stick to the fabric ( i used organza) i like this method but it kinda smells so bad so make sure you try this techniques outside your room.
