Here is where I will be keeping my research for the street graphics project.

My original final was going to look something like this but after experimenting with collage I decided against it and took an entirely different approach, with this image, I feel like this would communicate the streets to many students as I included a lot of symbolic references such as the Mcdonalds sign and the Domino's logo.I think a lot of people could relate to many of the bits I put in my image but it only caters to a very specific group of people and I want to have my work understoof by people young and old.
After scrapping my initial collage idea I began to focus on silhouette signs such as road crossings, wet floor and hazard signs, In my eyes, these are made for everyone around the world to easily understand also known as semiotics, these signs do not need words as it is clear by the image and what message it is trying to get across.
