Battlespace Arena 2120 (Summer/Fall 2017)
This game is a hybrid of modern esports titles and high-score arcade games. It is actually the third in a series of development projects. The original (Pocket Battle Space Arena) was the first game my team worked on back in 2015 for mobile devices. The second (Battlespace Arena) was the first title I programmed by myself and was made for Mac and PC. The third, and most recent is a hyper-elaborate upgrade of the second title and was made for Mac, PC, and also mobile devices. It features 15 levels, including 3 boss fights and alternative game modes, more than double the previous. It also featured a sponsor system, more complex AI, and additional RPG elements. An expanded version of this game, titled Battlespace Arena 2120 GT, is also currently in development.
Battlespace Frontier 2 (Winter 2017/2018)
The sequel to Battlespace Frontier is the first large-scale game I developed exclusively for iPhone/Android. It has 5 different areas to explore, a better high score system, many roguelike genre elements, and a greater focus on combat. Level layout is randomly generated, creating an elaborate labyrinth unique to nearly every playthrough. The world is rich with characters, friend and foe alike.
