Dawn
Dawn is a cold water swimmer based along the Gower coast in South Wales where she fell in love with after a school trip years ago. She later moved to Port Eynon, where she regularly swims throughout all seasons. Dawn Suffers with psoriasis and therefore can't swim in chlorinated pools. She found that the salty sea water helped her condition whilst also using swimming to escape the stresses of everyday life.
Gerry
Gerry is a cold water swimmer and regular at Caswell Bay in South Wales. He began swimming for short lengths of time in all varieties of conditions around when he reached his 50th birthday. Gerry grew up here surfing as a boy however had to give up his passion after an injury of his. He says that not only does swimming aid in keeping him fit and healthy, but also reminds him of how powerful the sea is, not just in pure force, but physiologically too.
