Role: Senior Graphic Designer
I designed and produced 2 pitch documents (creative 80 pages & financial 60 pages) and its packaging including production. In addition, I project managed the entire workflow of all the content that was going to be presented in the documents from all copy, graphics to 3D.
In doing so, I collaborated with over 15 staff members whilst managing a team of 5 designers. The task was complete in only five days whilst facing a solid deadline for the document to be flown from Heathrow to Qatar on the sixth. Even under these challenges, we successfully won the pitch.
Qatari Diar Real Estate Company was established in 2005 by the Qatar Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar. Headquartered northeast of capital Doha on the coast of the Arabian Gulf, Qatari Diar was entrusted to support Qatar’s growing economy and to coordinate the country’s real estate development priorities.

Dear All,
I wanted to thank you all personally for the incredible effort and commitment that went into getting our outstanding document ready in time and within budget for submission earlier this week. As I watched the work progress I felt very comfortable that we had a very strong proposal.
Unfortunately I did not see the finished version but fortunately I did receive a phone call from our client telling me that she was absolutely knocked out by the quality of our presentation document. She went out of her way to stress how impressed she was that we were able to turn around a great piece of media in a relatively short period of time.
We do not yet know the decision they may have taken, and as it is a government tender, it may well take a week or so. However, I feel you can all be rightly proud of your work and I want to thank you again for it.
