Pabu Grill & Sake
Pabu Grill & Sake is a modern take on a traditional Japanese izakaya bar located in the grungy suburb of Collingwood. The word Pabu is Japanese for pub and like an Aussie pub, Pabu is casual, friendly and lively.
The brandmark was carefully crafted to reflect the grill sticks and sake cup. Together with earthy textures, colours and Japanese family crests meticulously designed to create a unique identity as a whole. The architecture and interior by Architects EAT.
