Rosélys is one of three restaurants in Montreal’s newly restored Queen Elizabeth hotel.
Its beautiful name combines the French words for rose and lily – the national flowers of England and France, which are featured on our city’s flag. Chef Baptiste Peupion’s market-driven menu is inspired by seasonal ingredients, and the photo concept celebrates the simple beauty of these raw materials.  While the approach is still life, we wanted these ‘flowers’ to feel fresh and alive, and to dance with casual grace.
