Together Counts™ was started by the Healthier Australia Commitment (HAC), a food industry-led, multi-year government campaign designed to help Australians live healthier, active lives. We we’re commissioned to design an develop a website for campaign with the objectives of providing a portal of information relating to food, health, energy balance and physical activity for Australians, build brand awareness for the Together Counts initiative, and provide a platform to promote partner brands and HAC members.
