Each year, Chapman's Advanced Graphic Design class creates a poster to commemorate something at the university. This year, the Keck Center for Science and Engineering is being honored. President Struppa of Chapman University chose my poster design to commemorate this state-of-the-art building, thus representing the university and its desire to create even better opportunities for students. This limited edition poster is the IX Edition and features my original photography as well as design. 900 posters were printed, including 100 limited editions, and handed out at the Chapman University 2018 State of the University Address.
Students’ ideas are limitless, like space. Just like space is made up of millions of stars, students have an infinite amount of ideas throughout their lives. Like how some stars “work together” to form galaxies such as the Milky Way (pictured), students work together in Chapman’s collaborative learning environment to pursue their ideas.
Print production: 900 posters were printed (including 100 signed/crimped limited editions), packaged, and handed out at the Chapman University 2018 State of the University Address. The yellow was printed as an embossed pantone color. See below for a behind the scenes look!
