When the Snow Melts

Graphic Design
InDesign

It is a stationary installation that emphasizes visual sense and poetic meaning behind each of the self-transformed synthetics—in scapes beyond human comprehension: the artificially produced surfaces whose appearance draws from the natural fungal realm, from bacteria congealed by cold blue salts, half-eroded batteries, paper with hand sweat from last summer… These manmade bodies decomposed in the snow, transformed by nature, wired for efficiency. Transparent, ephemeral, and fluid materials oscillating between the organic and the synthetic determine the random appearance of the installation—it is going to be on the topic of blending boundary between authentic and synthetic, between true and false.
