This project is a research conducted for my bachelor degree in communication design at Politecnico di Milano. It consists in an investigation of the role the act of listening plays between the citizens and the city of Milan. The research was divided in two stages: one theoretical and one practical. The first included books, official surveys and case studies, in order to approach the subject in an more accademic way. The second part consisted in several interviews with people related with the topic on different levels . At the end of the process a sufficient and reliable number of data was collected.
As final project I developed and realized the book “Ascoltare a Milano - Listening in Milan”, where all the phases and results are organically shown.
