BWW Law Firm was established in 2002 in Warsaw. In ten years, the BWW founders have created what is now a major law firm, still on the fast-growth track. We advise flexibly to most quickly developing companies in both their current operations and most crucial transactions.
A proper selection of responsible and experienced lawyers helps BWW to improve our services in legal assistance both in Poland and on foreign markets.
BWW’s reputation earned over the years allows the Partners to handle effectively the largest, noticeable and often innovative transactions in Poland. The experience gained in those processes comes useful also in advising the Clients on day-to-day basis.
BWW provides its advisory services in Polish, English, Italian, German and Russian. It is worth noting that BWW has the most extensive Italian Desk among all law firms operating in Poland, which assists the Clients coming from Italy or having capital ties with that country.
At the present, there are approximately 30 experienced lawyers in our team, while the effective network of associations with partner firms ensures that our Clients can receive legal assistance in all Europe (with special consideration to Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Luxembourg and Cyprus), also for trans-border transactions.
