The Gladstone Media team was hired to produce a comprehensive marketing plan for Camrost Felcorp’s condo development in Yorkville, the Yorkville Private Estates. The client’s main initiative was to develop an elegant and sophisticated brand identity that reflected the quality of the building and its respective neighbourhood.
The task required a full-service design and marketing approach, employing advertising, photography, a digital platform, and a new brand image across multiple media—digital, print, OOH and editorial. Through the development of original photography and sleek graphic designs, the Yorkville Private Estates project
successfully represented Yorkville Private Estates with the allure of exclusivity and class.
