A Complete Day At The Aquiarium And Downtown

This is a complete day that i spent downtown atlanta at the Georgia Aquiarium and boy was it fun. I watch the dolphin show, the otter show, and I paid extra to have the behind the seas tours so I got a chance to see whale sharkes get feed and boy was that alot of awesomeness.
This is a panorama of 20 pictures stitch together in lightroom this is the center courtyard with the Georgia Aquarium on the left with the big blue "G". In the center is the museum for human rights and on the far right in the Coke Cola Museum. All of the pictures show balance because I had to shoot them centered so that lightroom will stitch them together correctly and in the right place. This shot also shows motion with the people moving going to one place and another to all of the different attractions.
Marta Train

Ok to get to downtown atalanta the most easiest way to get there is to use MARTA transit system. So I caught the train downtown. This picture shows rhythm from the windows on the trains, also the different trains sections also the bottom of the picture with the squares from the rails on the sides. There is also balance fron the end of the train being shwon fromn the left side of the picture but the front of the train is not being shown levae you thinking that the trains goes on forever. Movement is shown because the train is leaving the station.
The aquarium courtyard when you first walk into the aquarium you come to the courtyard where you have the choice to go to the different aquarium venues. This is another panorama this is 13 pictures all centered to create good balance and to be stich together in lightroom. Once again there is motion in the picture there are people moving to the food court and the different exploration venues. The space is pretty good also because there are even space left in each shot as though it may not look that way with the panorama being stich together.

The Jelly Fish
I really love this picture because of the great space all of the blue in the water provides great space and the darkness of the jellyfish provides great contrast. This is a jelly fish just swimming along in his tank. There are many other jellyfish in the tank I just thought it look much better to just get the one jellyfish swing alone with balance in the left hand side of the picture. There is also movement in the picture as the jellyfish is just swimming along in the tank.
This is a coral that lives deep in the atlantic ocean that helps cleans the ocean with the plankton. I choose this picture for the great contarst the yellow with the blue water just matches just perfect and great color in yellow and blue. The picture is well blanced as it is centerd in the middle of the photo to add to the balance. I also like that the lighittin come from the top and you can just see the light spead all the way to the bottom of the coral.
A Seahorse

This contrast is also great the black of the seahorse with the gold of the rocks that the seahorse is in makes this another great picture. There is movement because a seahorse has to keep moving his tail in order to saty upright or it will lay down. This picture has space from the rocks and the green gras in the background. the green grass has rhythm with different stands and heights swaying in the waters.
Black Stingray

This is a shot of a black stingray swimming along with other stingrays. This is really a touch pool that you can rub the stingrays with two fingers what a stingrays feels like. The black tones with the gray stingrays and looks good in the shallow clear waters. The tone also with the white ring going all the around the black stingray I thought really made the stingray look really cool. The picture is balance with the large stingray is centerd in the picture swimming over the top of the smaller stingrays. There is movement as you can see ripples in the waters and the stingrays fins going up and down in order to swim.
Whale Sharks And Friends

This is a picture in the largest aquiarium tank in the world this is where 4 large whale sharks live and play anlong with many other fish turtles sharks and many other animals this tank is super huge. This paicture has the whale shark swimming away from the 2ft thick plexie glass along with all of the other fish that keeps swimming along right beside him. The tone here is from the yellow in the fish and the blue in the water is great tone cntrast. Lots of movement as all of the fish are swimming and balance among all of the many fish all in this one shot.
Gotta Eat!!!!!!!!

Now this picture I really love this is the wahle shark right before its time to eat they are so smart they only swim close to the service when they know that it is time to eat. How samart are they with no watch on their wrist!!!! Movement from the fish swimming close to the top of the tank to build up excitement. Movement aslo in the waves with the movement of the water. Their is rhythm in the crate om the left with the small squares that are evenly spaced along side of the tank. Good tone from the dark gray of the whale shark and the blue of the water.
Down The Hatch!!!!!

This is my favorite shot!!!!! The Grand Finale
This is the whale sharkes being feed. All of their seafood is cut up no piece is bigger then a quater. The staff get into these boats then scoop the food into these cups they sperad out a little of the food in front of the shark and the shark sucks in alot of water and the food and spits all of the water out but eats the food. This is what is happening in the shot. The ropes that are going across the pool is because they are sharks they can not stop to eat thaey have to always be moving so when the staff have the food in the cups and in the water they ahve to take the other hand and pull them and the baots fast across the water to stay in front of the shark to keep feeding it. Also the whale shark are so smart that you see the color of the cup well each boat has a different color cup and each of the 4 whale sharks know their colr and they boat and they will only feed from that boat. That is just WOW!!!! This picture has movement from the boats moving fish swimming and waves being made from the fish. Their is balance with the sharks in the middle of the picture and the tone from the gray of the fish and the blue waters is great. Boy what a great day.
