GLITTERY BIRTHDAY INVITES
I L O V E making invitations for special occations. Today many of the invites I get is by text messages or on facebook, which I sometimes find a bit impersonal. So whenever I find something worth celebrating I often spend (too much) time making invitations I then, afterwards, send out by the oldfashioned papir mail.
My oldest son turned 3 last November and all he talked about was this 'glitter' cake he wanted for his birthday. Therefore, the theme for his birthday party had to be 'glitter'! I was inspired by the Danish singer 'GULDDRENG' (Gold Boy) and made up 'GLIMMERDRENG' (Glitter Boy)...
