The Palm Zester introduces a fresh new approach to collecting zest. A safe, dual-directional blade conveniently directs all zest to a small internal chamber, simplifying cleanup and removing the need for a work surface.
The unique, finger grip shape allows the user to focus on the surface of the fruit, unlike a grater, enabling them to efficiently capture the oily citrus skin while avoiding the bitter tasting pith below.
