In the Fashion Communication course at NIFT, all students are required to undertake an 8 - week Industry Internship, wherein the students have to gain working knowledge at a reputed organisation. Since I was fascinated by Publication Design, I decided to pursue my internship at Roli Books Pvt. Ltd., a New Delhi - based publishing house.

I was given the task of designing the complete layout, pagination and cover for one of their books, titled 'Drama Queens'. This book would be a collection of the biographies of 10 theatre actresses from the pre-Independence era of the Indian subcontinent. The following is the process that I followed for the cover.
