Observational Illustration (Complete)
Mixed Media illustration from reference photograph: the base of the illustration was created from oil paint on canvas, and was edited in Photoshop. When taking reference photos, I was careful to consider the time of day, angle of lighting, and position of objects in order to make a balanced scene.
Story Board: Instructional Illustration
A digital Illustration showing how to make scrambled eggs. The project was created with goal of showing the reader visually how to complete a simple task using a step by step storyboard. I took my own photos to use as reference for this project.
Conceptual Illustration
An illustration done to demonstrate the concept of tension, which can be seen in how the cloth is distorted by the pulling hands on either side.
