Painting of two characters from the books The Grisha Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo. Nikolai Lantsov and Alina Starkov, in an alternative ending where they married and ruled Ravka together (in this case, this is their wedding)
They are a personal favourite and I really wanted to explore this scenario in a painting, bringing to it all visuals connected to them (colours, symbols, etc)
