A brand identity project developed in Brazil for a Swiss brand with a North American theme. That’s how Amarillo was born.
The brand’s name has its origin in the Amarillo Texan city. The project main objective was to explore the rich culture of this region and to carry it to the urban Swiss public.
The result is a symbol with simple shapes and a lot of personality that represents the Texas Longhorn (a typical Texan bull), the cowboy’s hat, the letter A and the iconographic star, a symbol of Texas State.
To create the Amarillo’s first products collection, besides the main brand, other six variations were developed to be used in tags, badges and prints.
