Bwaiter is an online platform that facilitates the interaction between customer and establishment. Everything is done on the cell phone, from order to the payment. For the creation of the application, customer interviews, low fidelity wireframes, ui kit, prototypes for testing with users for validation of navigation and high fidelity wireframes were made.
