In depth site analysis of 3rd and Main streets on the Downtown Mall of Charlottesville, VA. The study was conducted to analyse the various site conditions present (sun, circulation, topography, run off, vegetation) and how they may interact with one another. The study was carried out over a period of 3 weeks, which included collecting data, photographic observations, and taking dimensions of the site to situate the site furniture, vegetation, and masonry patterns.
