Our starting point was to design a faucet with a one moving part and the faucet was suppose to depict features of a chosen brand. I chose Bang & Olufsen, because I like their graceful and simple designs.
We made a 3D-model from chosen concept and I had two molds made with CNC-miller. The mechanical part that guides the handle movement was made with 3D printer. Molds were filled with urethane cast and finishing was made by sanding and spray painting.
