    We needed to help P&G stand out during Black History Month by engaging African American women in a celebration of their everyday contributions in an authentic and purposeful way. We created an App where fans can submit a story of what makes them beautiful and submit a photo. The photo contributes to a mosaic that represents today's proud African American woman. A result of this campiagn was a 601% increase in “Likes” from the previous quarter. Fan retention remained high with 98% of new fans remaining with the program. Total “Likes” as of 3/31: 320,782 (↑ 56%). Read Less
