The process of creating this 3D visualization focused on establishing the right atmosphere. The large, open space was divided through the use of closets in the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The rendering that shows the living room features some additional details, such as the arrangement of the book collection, the logs beneath the fireplace, and the wave in the carpet. The incidence of light and shadow results in a particularly realistic 3D visualization of the kitchen.

The detailed arrangement of the books on the bedside table and the folds in the duvet in the bedroom give the house the appearance of being lived in. The entire space, including rooms, furniture and decorations, was created as CAD data, after which the 3D visualization followed in the form of a rendering with subsequent retouching.
