Oliver Rich is a brand selling water-based aroma oils produced in Singapore and in Japan. Their started to distribute their oils in 2008, mainly in Tokyu Hands and Loft department stores throughout Japan, but in 2011-2012, due to a weak brand identity and new competitors on the market of the water-based aroma oils, their sales started to decline dramatically.

In 2013, I was commissioned to develop a new brand identity and packaging design.
I created a new logo, boxes, and bottle labels, P.O.P displays, posters, leaflets, marketing brochures, business cards, tote bags and later many new products.
They wanted something more elegant. As they used "London" in the subline of their logo and planned to develop Japanese fragrances (Yuzu, Hinoki and Gardenia), I based my visual concept on patterns inspired from the Victorian era and traditional Japanese patterns from Edo period.

After this rebranding, they increased their sales and got contracts with new buyers such as Don Quijote department stores, Amazon Japan, and many interior shops.
