Stevens & Taylor is an architectural firm based in Seattle, WA. They specialize in modern design residential properties such as homes and apartment complexes. They have recently started expanding into commercial properties and are looking to redesign their identity system to reflect their style of design and incorporate their new area of practice.
After putting together a list of brand attributes about the company I came up with a brand position I best felt fit what they were looking for.
