    Every nine seconds of every school day, a student drops out of high school in the United States. That’s why P&G GIVE Education and Communities In Schools have partnered with the goal of helping every student in our country succeed. The GIVE Education program is a major philanthropic/cause marketing initiative for P&G. The GIVE Education program will provide a simple, easy and relevant way to motivate our target consumer to continue giving back to education. The goal was to encourage consumers to engage via a Facebook tab. Consumers generate a donation to Communities In Schools by entering a story into the School The Nation Sweepstake. Entries are eligible for weekly prizes and a grand prize at the end of the sweepstakes. In the past two years, P&GbrandSAVER coupon redemption donated more than $500,000 to help keep kids in school.
