Amazigh tatoos into Embroidery
I have always been intrigued by the amazigh facial tatoos I see on the eldery from some areas in my country, Algeria. I wanted to explore them by creating new motifs inspired by these tatoos to get a deeper understanding of this tradition. The technique used is a traditional craft which is pearls embroidery onto delicate fabrics.
