Futurism
Infographics
Futurism is a media and news company that covers the latest scientific breakthroughs and technological innovations. The mission is to empower the readers and drive the development of transformative technologies towards maximizing human potential.

Here are some of my infographic works for futurism. I've made around 20-30 infographics in total for them. Topics can vary from science and technology, history to future innovations and technological predictions, straight from their top scientist, futurists and editors. My job is to create eyecatching infographics and visualize all the information and scripts they gave me in a week length. Every infographic has different theme and style depending on the topics given. I enjoy doing all of these and at the same time I learned a lot of stuff in the process of making them. So here are my designs for futurism, Enjoy!

CHINA's BIGGEST SCI-TECH PROJECTS

So this infographic is one of my fave, This one took me a lot of time doing all the illustrations. This infographic is the first time I just line illustrations for infographics. Though some of the illustrations is not highly detailed as what it should look like in real I am still satisfied about the output. I used the flag of china (though flags and symbols are a bit sensitive I took the time to review and make sure every detail of the flag is accurate and correct) with grid lines to represent innovations and upgrade also some transistors to represent the technological advancement the infographic is talking about.

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE STELLAR KIND

Another from my favorites. This infographic is the first time I made galactic and heavenly body illustrations. I was a bit challenging since I have weakness in digital painting or drawing(Im more into traditional drawing and painting) but i manage to maniuplate smoke brushes, lava surfaces and etc. Doing a space infographic is my favorite since I love space and sci-fi movies. It's kinda a trip or journey through space when doing these kind of infographics. Also during the process of making this I learn something new about space and other heavely bodies.

FOOD WASTE: AN EPIDEMIC OF ABUNDANCE

This infographic is one of the most minimal infographic I did. I did a ton of minimal icons, graphics, charts, text containters and minimal photo inside. Though the infogprahic is a bit of having a large text and icons ( strictly have to do it since it is also featured on phones ).

Just like the food waste inforgraphic above, this infrographic is one of the most minimal infrogaphic I did. From icons, graphics and charts. all are minimal illustrations and design.

CANINE COSMONAUTS: A TRIBUTE TO SOVIET-ERA SPACE DOGS

Another one of my favorites! because (1) this is the first infographic I did a full vector illustrations on dogs (took me a lot of time doing that lol). (2) it's about the space race and part of mankind's history. (3) The stories about the dogs though they are sad and tragic and lastly (4) I love dogs. lol.

The big challenge here is to illustrate all those images from plain black and white to a colored versions ( i have research and imagine the most accurate one

WHITE HOUSE AI REPORT: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

This infographic is the first one for me to attempt 3D-ish kind of style on layouting using different illustrations and images from the interwebs, I created and incorporated it with each other to create a 3D effect style on the infographic. Also this infographic is the 2nd time I used an isometric style of illustrations in corresponding to the 3D-ish header.

THE RISE OF VERTICAL FARMS

This infographic took me a lot of time doing the illustrations! Another isometric infographic. Also one of my favorite.

OCULUS RIFT 30 GAMES SHIPPING ON DAY ONE

In his One of the longest infographics I've done. It tackles the different games to be released on the release of Oculus Rift. probably a totally different kind of taste on the design end. since I used flat diagonal lines and a bit of a blurred particles.

TOP ALTERNATE ENERGY SOURCES OF THE FUTURE

I just love doing and looking at my illustrations in this infographic.
13. -
FLYING ON WINGS OF PLASMA

One of the most simpliest infographic I did. shapes and some gradient brushes on the illustrations. In here, I tried to combine lens flares and flat motion elements just like Star Trek's poster for Star Trek Beyond ( well slightly haha! ).
14. -
IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE

The only infographic that give me a lot of space for images and illustrations and less texts. minimal text at its best!
15. -

The last full infographic I did for futurism. This baby took me a lot of time tracing and illustrating these line illustrations.
16. -
PLANETS OF DOOM: THE STRANGE WORLDS OF DEAD AND DYING STARS

The infographic that made me to love doing planet illustrations! using smoke and splatter brushes, galaxy brushes and a combination of some real images of sun (as stars here) for the surface. As you can see it went well so far yet noticable. my bad :(
