Madda is a high-end restaurant located in the extentions of the Qatar Museum of Modern Art. The main idea behind the name of the brand is to combine the "Madda" which is a widely used piece of fabric in the Qatari history and to use it as a mean for connection. The restaurant offers a rich cultural mixage of foods, mainly a creative combination of Qatari, French and Indian cuisine.
Using the red as the dominant color of Qatar, blue to represent the french cuisine and yellow or the indian, i modernized the calligraphy of the logo and used the madda/curved line as a mean to connect the brand's points and cultural references together.
