Releasing the Reds car....
We had the great opportunity to help with the launch of Reds car. This is a new car backed by CTCH in China and designed by the veteran car designer Chris Bangle and his team. The car launched at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2016, with a bang!
The car is aimed at commuters in high density cities like Hong Kong and Shanghai. The car also packs a lot of personality. All of this was told through the open we created for the launch. We used a very wide variety of style and methods to create the spot, from cel animation to full CG car animation. The largest challenge was the timeframe. We only had 5 weeks for everything from the shoot to the delivery.
