The Old Man
The Old Man is a hidden gem of Hong Kong bar scene. It is themed after Ernest Hemingway novels and personality, with a low key vibe and a space reminiscent of a private saloon rather than of a public space. It’s visual concept is rooted in late art deco, yet the bartending approach is fresh and modernistic. We produced a cost-effective menu that would be both reflective of The Old Man brand and easily interchangeable.
Elegant folder composed of impressions of Hemingway first edition book сovers, reserved typography, and deep blue color, that outlines marine theme of "The old man and the sea". Riso printing together with vintage pattern gives it a distinct realistically oldish appeal alike the books from your grandmother’s shelve. In case of deterioration beyond vintage look, all pages are easy to change as they are attached with pinholes and seamless clip.
