I took this old table and chairs purchased from craigslist and transformed the style from old world to country shabby chic using a dark undertone paint topped with chalk paint and a wax finish. To add the finishing touch I replaced the fabric on the brown chair cushions by custom sewing a floral print cloth with contrast chair ties.

A friend of mine donated her late grandmother's 5 Piece bedroom furniture set to me. I transformed the look into a country shabbby chic design using chalk paint and a wax finish.
