Fragmented India
This Project was an Video installation that was to constructed to explain the divide in this generation from the true feeling of Nationalism nurtured by previous generations. This project was addressed to the Third and Fourth generations of families who are still residing in India post independence(1947). This Arrangement of the Installation and the style it was made in was to enhance this divide. The Projected video made for this instalation contained iconic images and Scenes from Indian Independece.
The project involved earthy re-recyclable material (bamboo,Kadhi cloth, Coconut Shells, Smoke) and Projections and the interaction between them to create optical illusions as well as alternate ways to Projecting.
Projecting On this surface allowed us to explore projections with different depths from projection as well as exploring smoke and other temporal forms to project on.ation and the style it was made in was to enhance this divide and eplain it as per our percetion.

Producing the instalation
To create the instalation we set up strips of khadi cloth. This was going to be the main body of our image. Since the project was aimed at 3d projetions we waneted to intergrate smoke into the mix that is why we attached the coconut shell at the bottom. The shell held small packs of Samrani (white powder used in temple ceromonies to produce smoke). The strips of cloth had bamboo poles for both ends of it one attached to the coconut and the other to the metal frame. This gave the cloth some rigidity and allowed us to project on it.

Though all of us have grown up with this we are still distant from us. This was the idea behind the visuals that we projected.
